Pub of The Year 2024

The Prince of Wales, Stow Maries

The Cap & Feathers, Tillingham

The Hurdlemakers Arms

The Queen Victoria, Spital Road Maldon Was voted by its Members As branch Pub Of the Year 2024. A prestation to James Burrell was made at the Maldon and Dengie Beer and Cider Festival in April

This pub has gone from strength to strength since James and his partner took over the pub

Queen Victoria was Maldon and Dengie's CAMRA most improved pub in 2019 and the following year (2020) was pub of the year.

The Queen Victoria always has a good selection of Ales and is very popular with the locals.

The Cap and Feathers 

The Cap and Feather was voted Rural Branch Pub of the Year for 2024.

Last year it was the Branches Most Improved Pub.

A presentation took place on 6th June2024, at The Cap and Feather where a good number of locals and members From the branch attended

The Hurdlemaker Arms

The hurdlemakers Arms was voted by the Branch as The Cider Pub of the Year for 2924

This Rural Pub has won Multiple awards in The past and is renowned for its good food,  Beers and Ciders,

The presentation took place at their 18th Beer festival in June
